ANTI COVID-19 ACCESS PROCEDURE

(drawn on the basis of President Decree of May 17,2020)

1. Access to Borgo Podernovo is allowed after digital acquisition of the “access declaration” which is at your disposal in the web site; check in procedures are carried out on line and key delivery is at distance;

2. Any payment should be electronic; whenever Guests prefer cash should ask for a meeting via what’s up and introduce her/himself to the reception by wearing mask;

3. All open air public areas are huge; as a consequence, social distance can always be kept; outdoor activities as kids’ area, table tennis, foosball, barbecue, are subject to rules as shown in signals;

4. Indoor public areas (billiard room, museum) are subject to reservation; masks are needed in addition to social distance;

5. Sanification at the end of your stay is done according to Health Department’s regulations;

6. There are not air conditioning systems, since the buildings are naturally fresh, because they are mainly built with volcanic stone;

7. Used masks must be thrown away in the non-organic unsorted garbage trash and brought to the public collectors placed at the end of the private road.
